Down by the old creek...

This winter is so unusual, so far, it has been really mild. So, the buttercups are up by the creek which means I had to get down there and get up close. I love our buttercups, some were here when we bought the place but some of them are from JP's grandmother's house. My mom had gotten some from her back when we got married and then when we moved here she gave me some...you follow?

Ya'll have a great weekend. Blessings from the holler...

I love your creek. Is it on your property and can you hear it from your porch. Spring is my favorite time of the year and it came in January this Winter. I hope we don't get Winter in the Spring months.

Hey Mrs JP! We've got daffodils here that are up, too! (that's what we call 'em down here in Texas...) I LOVE when they start coming cuz that means that spring is just around the corner (after February of course!)

That was a cute pic of you and your hubby way back when... ! Have a great week!

Beautiful buttercups~ makes me think of my Grandmother and how she loved for me to pick them for her in the springtime when I was a little girl...
We have had a very mild winter so far, haven't we? I hope it doesn't snow a foot in March... *sigh*..
