So here's the stick game...

The stick game goes like this; Charlie picks up the stick and Daisy barks at him and sometimes tries to take it away. They will do this for hours. Most of the time I have to make them stop before my ears bleed from Daisy barking and barking and barking. That's what she loves to do more than anything-bark - bark - bark! When I'm working in the other part of the yard and pick up a fallen limb or stick they are glued to the fence and you can see it on their collective faces - Throw it,,,THROW IT!!!
I don't know why the video is outside the column like that - oh well,,,enjoy.
Happy games to you and yours. Blessings from the holler.

Oh Daisy, she's just like Samantha, use BARKING as their weapons.
I was unable to view the video yet but will come back and check it out.
Mrs. JP, thak you for your advise at my blog. I feel so bad for June. When we have some company, she just hides in the bedroom. So far we have always left them at our own home(so that it's a place they are familair with) and have my step-son or niece over to watch them. But I know they won't be available all the time and someday we'll have to find a different way to get someone to watch them. My step-son comes over everyday and she is still not very sure of him. She doens't really come over to us and act like "oh mom please protect me", she just goes in the bedroom and hide.

Yay - an ALL GSD video! I'm in heaven! :-) I love how Daisy throws her lip up when she barks. Too cute! And how she kind of talks within the barks....such a GSD thing to do. They look fabulous! It's clear you take such good care of your dogs. I love this stick keep-away game! Thanks for sharing! I'll have a GSD video posted soon today as well! :-)

What a fun video. They look like wonderful dogs. It took a long time for me to understand and come to love German Shepherds---they are fantastic dogs!
